Each Canadelia product may contain a unique serial number.
By registering the serial number:

• You confirm the authenticity of your product.

• You acknowledge that each serial number can be registered only once.

• You agree that registered serial numbers are permanently linked to your customer profile.

• You accept that serial numbers cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Any attempt to register fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered serial numbers will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Monthly Lucky Draw Program

By registering a serial number, you are automatically entered into the monthly lucky draw.

Rules & Conditions

• Each serial number equals one entry.

• A participant may win only once, regardless of how many entries they have.

• After winning, the participant remains eligible for future draws but will not be selected again.

• Winners will be contacted through the details provided (phone/email).

• Failure to respond within 14 days may result in replacement by another winner.

• The number and type of prizes may vary depending on participation volume.

• Awards may include, but are not limited to:

• Request proof of purchase when required.

• Reject entries that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

• Replace prizes with items of equal or greater value due to stock or logistical limitations.

In case of disputes, Canadelia’s decision is final.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
